Exactly. breathing is life and life is to breathe. Falling short of breath can lead to very uncomfortable condition and can also lead to take in oxygen to fulfill body’s need. It is evident that when body is not supplied with enough air, a mild breathing problem arises. Shortness of breath or extreme respiratory trouble can also be sign of serious under lying diseases. One might experience very tight chest. There are many diseases which can lead to a short of breath; like lung problems – Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Pneumonia; Anxiety or Panic Attacks and Allergies.
Numerous medications and tests are there to diagnose and treat breathing problems. The medical fraternity is always trying their level best to provide us the best possible cure. However, it has been found that in many cases the respiratory troubles or short of breathing is caused due to unhealthy lifestyle. Besides this it is immensely important to ensure that body is equipped to inhale required oxygen from air without any additional support system or treatment. At this point of time, it is evident that COVID-19 belongs to the Corona Virus family and like other viruses of the family SARS and MERS, COVID-19 causes the common cold and flu and which can lead to Acute Respiratory Syndrome and may eventually end the life in many cases. It is better to find methods to protect body from respiratory issues and at the same time to strengthen the respiratory system.
Today I’m highlighting few beverages which can simply help to do so. However, a broad view of beverages can be any consumable liquid like Tea, Coffee, Infusion or Plant Decoction, Milk, Juice, usually excluding Water.
